I have changed my thoughts about Fast Strike from an ineffective self-defense tool, nothing more than a child’s toy to a must-have edc tool that will take the fight out of an attacker. This long review takes you through the beginning when the first opinion was formed, to my thoughts on Fast Strike now. I also give suggestions on its proper use for maximum effects.
I work nights so after getting my Fast Strike in the mail yesterday afternoon I tested it in my leg while wearing denim jeans, however, the jeans were pressed up against the skin to feel more of an impact. I did not fully test this whip against other parts of my body, nor did I test it against bare skin.

When I tested it, even with a moderate to hard Strike it stung pretty bad, but nothing impressive, and definitely nothing that would stop a determined attacker.

I just got home from work this morning and gave the Fast Strike a more comprehensive test. I hit my thighs and calves again without my pants on, lol. I also tapped my face, cheek and head with it just until it hurt.
